In this stage, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of your organisation’s culture and leadership dynamics. Through advanced technology and innovative methodologies, we’ve developed a program that aligns behaviours, values, competencies, and personality traits with your leadership and cultural objectives.
Our role is to find the best available talent in the market, not exclusively those ‘on the market’. For each assignment we execute a detailed market mapping exercise to identify the entire candidate universe.
We create a bespoke marketing strategy for each individual assignment. This supports a multi-channel approach to the talent pool, reinforcing your company brand and maximising the engagement with the assignment.
Before we present a longlist, all engaged candidates that have passed our initial screening will be qualified through the bespoke framework agreed for the project during the Discovery phase. Providing you with a qualitive view on the candidates functional and behavioural capabilities essential for the role.
Our shortlist report will offer a deep understanding of the candidates we are presenting including biographical data, Signia considerations on suitability and the personal factors driving the interest in the position. We can supplement this with quantitative data on personal motivators, values and competencies.
We support and take ownership in the organisation of the interview process, offer negotiation and resignation.
